One of the things that helped me achieve my 2023 goals was sharing my daily task list with a group of colleagues. At the end of each day, I'd report back on what I'd accomplished.

The folks in this online group rarely commented on my posts. I didn't expect them too!

The thing I learned was that regularly sharing my task list and accomplishments helped me stay on track, and make steady progress towards my goals.

Did I finish every thing I had on my 2023 to do list? Nope, there's still a few things that I've carried forward into this year, and that's OK!

Now, I'm on track to be caught up by the end of January 2024.

One of the joys of acting as a Thought Partner with folks, is being your accountability partner! Interested in learning more, let's book a 30 minute chat.

Setting Goals for 2024

Inspired by a colleague from a second online group I belong to, on January 2, 2024 I wrote down my goals for this year, and the future. I'm sharing these goals here to give you an idea of what I'm up to this year. And because most of the folks reading this are part of my Friendly Forces Network, and many of you also act as my accountability partners.

1. Focus my efforts on doing the things I enjoy most, such as: being a Thought Partner to help folks achieve their entrepreneurial and career goals, working with strategic partners, and by being a mentor.

2. Collaborate with folks who love to do the things I don't enjoy doing, that are vital to my business and home life. In other words, pay fair value for services that help me, such as pulling together a regular newsletter!

1. Write and publish a book (or two), to help more people discover or create their ideal jobs.

2. Continue to support folks helping me, by paying them well to do their ideal jobs (web-developer, business coach, virtual assistant, accountant, marketing, etc.)
