Professional Speaking

I'm a Professional Speaker, Trainer and Facilitator who tailors every session for your specific audience.

A common theme in the majority of my speaking engagements is helping people find or create their ideal jobs, and helping people create IDEAL workplaces, where more people can find their ideal jobs.

I respect diversity and promote inclusion as I genuinely believe that all people have gifts to share, that our differences make us valuable members of the team, and that we can all learn from each other.

Tackling difficult subjects fearlessly

I'm known for my radical candour.  This includes talking about things many people would prefer to ignore, identifying problems, and facing them head on.  What sets my sessions apart is that I offer tangible and practical solutions that you can apply immediately.

I deliver sessions using a conversational approach, with easy-to-understand language, and Canadian examples.  As an added bonus, I am integrally bilingual, which means I can and do deliver sessions in English and/or French.

A wide range of HR-related presentations

We had a phenomenal Indigenous Recruitment Training Session today with Chantal Fraser. The session provided practical and actionable approaches to attracting, recruiting, and hiring Indigenous talent. It allowed us to discover strategies to connect with Indigenous candidates, engage them during the hiring process, uncover their skills and experience, and build a foundation for long-term employee engagement and retention. Thank you, Chantal, for this informative and insightful training session.

Chantal is passionate about supporting others and is a phenomenal thought leader, well respected and recognized by those that know her. Chantal recently was a fantastic moderator for an event I did and added such value and joy to this event. Those that attended commended Chantal for her innate ability to connect, engage and share with the audience.

A gifted speaker and training facilitator, Chantal has a wealth of knowledge and is eager to share that with people and businesses in our community. She is easy to talk to and the amount of care she puts into her work really sets the bar for those in her industry. The way that she nurtures connections she has made within the community has been wonderful. I highly recommend Chantal for any personal speaking event and/or to help you to truly achieve your overall goals within your business.
