Speaker, Trainer and Facilitator
I'm a Professional Speaker, Trainer and Facilitator who tailors every session for your audience. I'm known for my radical candour. This includes talking about things many people would prefer to ignore, identifying problems, and facing them head on. What sets my sessions apart is that I offer tangible and practical solutions that you can apply immediately.
I deliver sessions using a conversational approach, with easy to understand language, and Canadian examples. As an added bonus, I am integrally bilingual, which means I can and do deliver sessions in English and/or French.
I respect diversity and promote inclusion as I genuinely believe that all people have something to offer, that our differences make us valuable members of the team, and that we can all learn from each other.
The common theme in everything I do is to help you learn how to help yourself, your organizations and communities thrive.

"What a wonderful session, I truly appreciate everything you have shared with us. I usually try to find at least one to do item when I attend webinars, it was not difficult with yours, lots of great topics and great suggestions." Sylvie Poitras, C&S Poitras
